Prior to your trip, we help you research and choose the destination of your medical procedures. Our Personal Service Managers arrange outstanding services for patients at major internationally accredited hospitals. We coordinate all the logistics and details of your stay, including travel arrangements, HIPAA compliant electronic transfer of your medical records, hotel accommodations, itinerary, and we arrange for a Destination Personal Assistant to provide transportation, translation, concierge services and more.


When you arrive in the host country, a Destination Personal Assistant welcomes you and takes care of all the logistics of your stay. The Destination Personal Assistant remains available throughout your stay. The staff of our network of highly competent institutions caters to your medical needs. World renowned, highly qualified and board certified surgeons are available to perform your procedure.

After the procedure, recuperate in the most serene and peaceful environment before returning home. After recuperating, and upon your surgeon’s approval, you can arrange local excursions with either your Destination Personal Assistant, hotel concierge, or through one of the local travel agencies in your host country.


After your stay, once you return home, your Personal Service Manager will provide any follow-up assistance as needed.

1. Fill out our online inquiry form or call (813) 968-3400.


2. Your Personal Service Manager will contact you to gain a better understanding of your needs and discuss the choices available to you.


3. Once you choose your destination and doctors for your medical procedure, based on your choices, we compile a comprehensive cost estimate for you.


4. We make all necessary arrangements for your trip, including medical and travel.


5. Upon arrival in host country, a Destination Personal Assistant will pick you up at the airport and provide transportation, translation, concierge services, and more.


6. You meet with your doctor (s) prior to your procedure for a face-to-face consultation.


7. Your medical procedure is performed and you begin recovery.


8. Upon your release from the hospital, your Destination Personal Assistant will take you back to your hotel to begin the recuperation process. Your Destination Personal Assistant will assist you as needed.


9. Upon your doctor’s approval, you can begin to enjoy the great attractions of your host country. Your Destination Personal Assistant can assist you or you can take advantage of the hotel concierge, or, the local travel agencies in your host country.


10. You return home, contact your family physician to update them on your trip. Your Personal Service Manager is available to assist you as needed.
