Medical Questionnaire –Upon the request of the doctor performing your procedure, you will be asked to complete comprehensive medical questionnaire to submit to your doctor prior to the procedure. This will help  the doctor assess overall fitness for the procedure of your choice.

Doctor Consultation – Before your procedure, PMT arranges consultation with the doctor performing your procedure. This will afford you the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns with your doctor. This consultation also assists your doctor in making recommendations tailored to your specific health condition and history. We also facilitate a post-op consultation with your doctor to ensure all your questions are answered before you return home.

Traveler Vaccination Information – We provide information regarding immunization issues. The CDC’s website contains all necessary information regarding proper vaccinations when traveling abroad.

International Calling Card– Calling cards are available at a discount rate to allow you to communicate with your loved ones while in the host country.

Post-Treatment Services- Based on your doctor’s recommendations, we will help you with your tourism plans after your procedure. That includes customizing your plan so you can relax peacefully or take advantage of the great attractions of your destination. We tailor this plan to your personal preference, health condition, and your physician’s advice.

Passport/Visa Assistance– We assist you obtain your passport as well as a visa to your destination, if it is required.
