Before your procedure is scheduled, you will need to contact your insurance company to inquire about their reimbursement policy. We do not bill the insurance company directly. , For all questions or issues regarding insurance, please consult your insurance company or agent directly.

5. What is the average cost?
The cost of each procedure depends on the type of procedure and overall individual healthcare needs. Additional cost such as airfare, hotel accommodations and travel related expenses should be added to the overall cost. 6. Do I choose where my procedure will take place?
Yes. We give you many choices. We provide you with sufficient information to make an informed and intelligent decision.

7. Do you provide medical advice?
No. Premium Medical Tourism arranges for medical procedures to be performed at your chosen destination. We do not offer medical advice.

8. How do I know if the hospitals meet US standards?
The majority of our partner hospitals and medical centers are members of the Joint Commission International (JCI), a world benchmark within the healthcare industry. In addition, most of our partners are certified by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), which the world's largest developer of standards.

9. Will the hospital staff speak English or any other languages?
Yes. The staff of our medical facilities speaks fluent English. We also ensure that interpreters are available to assist you. PMT is highly sensitive to your communication needs. To that effect, we have available a network of interpreters proficient in many different languages to accommodate your language needs.
